Pandemic Information

Got Covid?  Here's some useful information

INFECTIOUS PERIOD:

Begins 2 days before symptom onset through 10 days after (with symptom onset as day 0)

ISOLATION PERIOD: Stay away from people and/or mask if unavoidable near household members

Day 0 of isolation is the day of symptom onset or Test date

Day 1 isolate (first full day after the day your symptoms started)

Day 2 isolate

Day 3 isolate

Day 4 isolate

Day 5 END ISOLATION if fever free for 24 hours (without medication) BUT MASK until day 10

Day 6 EXIT ISOLATION but continue to mask

ENDING ISOLATION:

No symptoms?  end / exit after day 5

Yes you had symptoms? isolation ENDS AFTER DAY 5 (so really day 6!) or when fever free for 24 hours (without use of medication). You still need to mask until day 10!  You may remove the mask before day 10 if you have two sequential negative rapid tests 48 hours apart

MASKING:

Always wear a well-fitting mask! Especially around close contacts (household / family members if unavoidable during isolation period). After isolation, continue to mask for a full 10 days unless you have two negative sequential rapid tests 48 hours apart…

EXIT:

It is safe to return to normal daily activities without masking!
