The Shutesbury Planning Board will hold a public hearing at 7:30 PM Wednesday,
June 2, 2021 to consider two amendments to the Shutesbury Zoning Bylaw. The
first amendment would add a new section 3.6 to allow access to the Forest
Conservation District for uses prohibited in the district to be crossed. The second
amendment would delete section 9.3B calling for the election of two alternates to
the Planning Board and add a new section 10.4 that would allow the appointment
of two associate members to the Planning Board who could participate as Planning

The Shutesbury Planning Board is an elected board consisting of seven members. There are currently no alternate members. The Planning Board is responsible for the following functions:
