Consolidated permit
In response to DOER clean energy regulations, 225 CMR 29.05, the Town of Shutesbury will begin accepting Consolidated Applications for Small Clean Energy Infrastructure Facilities beginning October 1, 2026. Contact information for Shutesbury’s Local Government Representative regarding submission of applications will be provided prior to Oct. 1.
