June 10, 2008

Results of an Override Election of the Inhabitants of the Town of
Shutesbury qualified to vote in town affairs, held at the Shutesbury
Town Hall at one Cooleyville Road on the tenth day of June in the year
two thousand and eight:

Total Registered Voters:  1423
Total Ballots Cast:        332
23% Turnout

Shall the Town of Shutesbury be allowed to assess an additional
$200,000 in real estate and personal property taxes for the purpose of
meeting town expenses including operations, capital, salaries and
school expenses for which the monies from this assessment will be used
for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2008.

Override passed in the majority.
