At a Thursday, May 15, 2008 recount of Shutesbury's May 3, 2008 Annual
Town Election for the position of Constable held at the Shutesbury
Town Hall in the presence of:

Board of Registrars members: Leslie Bracebridge, Town Clerk, Ruth
Todrin, Linda Lawton-Jacobson and Marilyn Tibbetts who was present on
her own behalf, rather than as a member of the Board, having called
for the recount, Police Chief Tom Harding and resident Jon Thompson,
the following results were tallied for the Constable position:

	Nancy L. Dihlmann   -  142
	Marilyn E. Tibbetts -  142
	Walter Tibbetts     -    1
	Blank               -   62
Total number of ballots cast:  347

Since a tie vote fails, the position of elected Constable remains vacant.
