Shutesbury Board of Selectmen
Meeting Minutes
May 5, 2007

Members present: Chairman Rebecca Torres and Ralph Armstrong.  Because
the one meeting action item concerned the Lake Wyola Dam Board member
Debra Pichanick could not participate in this meeting because she is
considered to be an abutter to the dam and has been advised by the
Massachusetts Ethics Commission not to participate in Select Board
votes concerning the dam.

Also Present: Town Administrator David C. Dann and Leslie Bracebridge,
recording.

Meeting opened at 4:05 P.M.

Select Board Action Item #:

The Select Board unanimously voted to sign right of entry forms for
Glen and Jeanette Stockton, Lynn McMahill, John Kinder and Debra
Sullivan for permission for the town to enter upon private property in
connection with the reconstruction of the Lake Wyola Dam. (Addendum
#1)
