1310 Info from Dispatch, Rte 202 - Dispatch center requested an officer check the Rte 202 area to locate a reported erratic
        operator; GOA.

1320 DMV, Rte 202 - Officer located a disabled vehicle on Rte 202 and assisted the operator in contacting AAA for service.

1150 MVA, Pelham Hill Rd. - Officers responded to a 1 car accident/ no injury on Pelham Hill Rd. Vehicle towed from scene.

1830 Traffic Hazard, Atkins Reservoir - Vehicle located in travel lane obstructing traffic. Owner contacted and vehicle moved.

       officer found that all debris had been removed.

        Information forwarded to Dog Officer; officer spoke with dog owner.

        in the Town of Conway.

        on Prescott Rd. with significant damage to Town property. Operator info. provided for Town insurance
         recovery purposes.

1010 Medical Assistance, Atkins Reservoir - Officer responded to assist Shutesbury EMS with a reported injured
        party at Atkins Reservoir. Patient transported by AFD ambulance.
