0850 Traffic Stop, Lakeview Rd. – Citation issued for defective equipment.

1040 Traffic Stop, Lakeview Rd. – Improper display of registration.

1850 Assist Other Dept., Pelham PD – Citation issued to Pelham Hill Rd. resident by Pelham PD.

1915 Traffic Stop, Lakeview Rd. – Citation issued for speeding.

1920 Info from Other Agency, Vermont SP – Info received from Vermont SP.

2000 Traffic Stop, Leverett Rd. – Citation issued for speeding and expired registration; vehicle towed.

2045 Suspicious Activity, Pratt Corner Rd. – Several reports of individuals at the cemetery on Pratt Corner Rd. 
         Investigation revealed a college initiation taking place.  All parties cleared from the area.

2140 Info from Other PD, Hardwick – Officer served a restraining order issued by Hardwick PD to a Lake Dr. resident.

 

03 December

1645 Traffic Stop, Leverett Rd. – Citation issued for speeding.

1655 Traffic Stop, Leverett Rd, - Citation issued for following too closely.

1700 Traffic Stop, Cooleyville Rd. – Citation issued for speeding.

 

04 December

1220 Alarm Activation, Pelham Hill Rd, - Officer responded to a residential alarm activation on Pelham Hill Rd.

1320 Suspicious Vehicle Sand Hill Rd. – Resident reported concerns regarding a red p/u truck parked on Sand Hill Rd; GOA.

1350 Assist Citizen, In-Station – Sunderland resident requested information regarding a civil matter
         against a Shutesbury resident.

1700 Disturbance, West Pelham Rd. – Resident reported an incident of verbal road rage which occurred on West Pelham Rd.
        Officer spoke with both parties involved.

1835 Traffic Stop, Wendell Rd. – Citation issued for stop sign violation.

1900 Traffic Stop, Leverett Rd. - Citation issued for speeding.

2010 Traffic Stop, West Pelham Rd. – Citation issued for speeding.

2050 Traffic Stop, West Pelham rd. Citation issued for speeding.

 

05 December

1530 MVA, West Pelham Rd. – Offcier investigated a single vehicle accident, no injuries on West Pelham Rd.

1730 Info to Other Dept, Highway – Officer requested Highway Dept be notified of deteriorating road conditions
         due to weather.

1740 MVA, Locks Pond Rd. – Officer investigated a single vehicle accident, no injuries, on Locks Pond Rd. 
         During investigation, second vehicle left roadway in same location.

1750 DMV, Wendell Rd, - Report of two vehicles off the side of Wendell Rd.; both towed back to roadway.

 

06 December

1150 Parking Hearing, Atkins Reservoir – Officer requested to meet w/parking clerk regarding appeal of citation.

1315 Traffic Stop, Leverett Rd. – Citation issued for speeding.

 

07 December

1735 Assist Other Dept. Leverett PD – Officer assisted Leverett PD at a vehicle accident.

1950 Assist Other Dept., Leverett PD- Officer assisted Leverett PD for a medical assist call.

 

08 December

0910 Traffic Stop, Leverett Rd. Citation issued for speeding.

1120 Traffic Stop, Leverett Rd. - Citation issued for speeding.

1945 Traffic Stop, Leverett Rd. – Operator, Melvin Jones, 39, Wilton, NH was arrested on a warrant issued by
         Greenfield court.

 

09 December

0900 DMV, West Pelham Rd. – Highway plow crews advised of DMV at Pelham/Shutesbury line.

1215 DMV, Wendell Rd. – Highway Dept. reported abandoned vehicle obstructing plowing. 
          Officer located owner; vehicle moved.

11 December

1050 Assistance, Leverett Rd. – Officer investigated a report of an individual in need of medical assistance; unfounded.

1540 Assist Other Dept., Pratt Corner Rd. – Probation Dept. requested well being check on a Pratt Corner Rd. resident.
    Subsequent check with Leverett PD resulted in the arrest of Thomas McClusky, 48, 45 Pratt Corner Rd., on a warrant.

2040 Traffic Stop, Leverett Rd. – Citation issued for speeding.

2215 Traffic Stop, Leverett Rd. – Citation issued for speeding.

 

12 December

1155 Traffic Stop, Lakeview Rd. – Citation issued for speeding.

1215 Traffic Stop, Locks Pond Rd. – Citation issued for speeding.

1240 Traffic Stop, Leverett Rd. – Citation issued for speeding.

1430 Assist Person, Lake Wyola – Officer investigated a report of children on the ice at Lake Wyola; unfounded.

1800 Medical Assist, New Boston Rd. – Officer assisted Shutesbury EMS at a New Boston Rd residence.

 

15 December

1620 Summons Service, Wendell RD. – Officer attempted to serve a summons to a Wendell Rd resident.

2035 Assist Other Dept., Pelham PD – Officer assisted Pelham PD in serving a non-criminal citation to a Wilson Rd. resident.
