01 November

 1130 House Check - Conducted at request of owner.

 1305 House Check – Conducted at request of owner

 1320 Suspicious Person, State Beach – Officer was flagged down by a  citizen at the State Beach advising of
           an individual attempting to engage in a verbal argument with visitors.

 1345 Info to Other Dept., Leverett PD – Officer assisted Leverett PD in identifying an individual regarding
             a trespass notice.

 1520 Traffic Stop, Leverett Rd. Citation issued for speeding.

 1605 Traffic Stop, W. Pelham Rd. – Citation issued for speeding.

 

02 November

 1650 Alarm Response, Elementary School – Officer responded to assist Fire Dept. with smoke alarm activation
             at the elementary school.

 

03 November

 1030 Assist Other Department, Leverett – Officers from Leverett & Shutesbury attempted to serve a trespass
              notice to an Old Egypt Rd. resident; no contact.

 2030 Traffic Stop, Leverett Rd. – Citation issued for speeding.

 

04 November

1640 Alarm Response, Lakeview Rd. – Officer responded to a residential alarm; accidental.

 1645 DMV, Leverett Rd. – Officer assisted motorist with disabled vehicle at intersection of Leverett and W. Pelham Rd.
              Routine records check resulted in citing operator for operating unregistered/uninsured vehicle; vehicle towed.

 1810 DMV, West Pelham Rd. – Officers checked on a vehicle parked off the road.  Owner indicated they were
              making arrangements to have vehicle towed.

 2020 Warrant Service, Wendell Rd. – Officers attempted to serve a warrant at a Wendell Rd. residence; no contact.

  
05 November

 1320 Medical Assistance. Elementary School – Officer responded to elementary school to assist Shutesbury
              EMS with a request for medical attention.

 1345 Traffic Stop, West Pelham Rd. – Citation issued for speeding.

 1900 Suspicious Activity, Wendell Rd. – Residents driving on Old Wendell Rd reported a bright flash in the area. 
         Investigation revealed a camera had been placed in the area to photograph wildlife.  Property owner contacted.

 2135 Traffic Stop, Leverett Rd – Citation issued for speeding/seatbelt violation.

 
06 November

1955 Traffic Complaint, Rte. 202 – Dispatch center advised of a reported erratic operator, traveling south on Rte. 202.
              Shutesbury officer checking area located a Pelham officer out with the vehicle; assistance rendered.

 
07 November

 0730 Info. from Other Dept., Amherst College PD – Amherst College Police relayed information regarding
           B&E investigation on their campus.

 1350 Medical Assist, School House Rd. – Officer responded to assist Shutesbury EMS with request for medical
            assistance at a School House Rd. residence.

 

08 November

 1000 Residential checks conducted at request if owners.

 1350 Traffic Stop, Leverett Rd. – Citation issued for speeding.

 1600 Suspicious Activity, Montague Rd. – Resident reported damaged mailbox.

 

09 November

0710 Request for Assistance, Old Egypt Rd. – Officer requested at an Old Egypt Rd. residence for a verbal
           argument.  Reporting party declined police or medical assistance following investigation.

 2010 Assist Fire Dept., West Pelham Rd. – Officer responded with FD to a West Pelham Rd. residence for a
            report of an electrical smell.

 

10 November

 0940 Traffic Stop, Lakeview Rd. – Citation issued for speeding.

 0955 Traffic Hazard, Locks Pond Rd. – Officer removed construction debris from southbound lane of Locks Pond Rd.;
            identified source and contacted owner.

 1050 Warrant Service, Wendell Rd. – Officer attempted to serve warrant at a Wendell Rd. residence; no contact.

1105 Civil Dispute, Lake Dr. – Resident requested to speak with an officer regarding a property line dispute.

 

11 November

 0930 Assist Other Dept, Ohio – Assistance provided to Cuyahoga Co. Sheriff’s Dept.

 1300 Traffic Stop, Leverett Rd. –Officer issued citations for speeding to 2 vehicles operators on Leverett Rd.

 1925 Suspicious Activity, King Rd.- Officer investigated a report of loud music at a King Rd. residence.

 

12 November

1915 Info. from Other Agency, Sunderland PD – Information from the Sunderland PD resulted in an arrest at a
           Wendell Rd. residence on a warrant from the Greenfield District Court.

 
13 November

 1320 Assist Other Dept., Leverett PD – Officer assisted Leverett PD with a m/v accident on North Leverett Rd.

 

14 November

 1730 Traffic Stop, West Pelham Rd. – Citation issued for speeding.

1945 Disturbance, West Pelham Rd. – County Dispatch sent officer to investigate a reported large gathering at a        
           W. PelhamRd. residence.  Investigation with State Police resulted in report being unfounded.
