     in No Parking area.

 

1445 Investigation, Past MVA - Officer identified operator of vehicle

     involved in past motor vehicle accident-property damage; victims

     notified.

0810 911 Hang-up, Shore Dr. - Officer responded to emergency 911

     hang-up call.

 

0955 Suspicious Vehicle, Cushman Rd. - Officer checked on individual

     parked at Atkins Reservoir.

 

1050 Traffic Stop, Wendell Rd. - Citation issued for speeding.

 

1355 Traffic Stoop, Locks Pond Rd. - Citation issued for speeding.

 

1435 Traffic Stop, Rte 202 - Citation issued for speeding.

 

1650 Traffic Stop, Prescott Rd. - Citation issued for speeding, no

     registration in possession.

 

1815 Traffic Stop, Prescott Rd. - Citation issued for speeding.

1030 Warrant Service, Pratt Corner Rd. - Officer executed an arrest

     warrant at a Pratt Corner Rd. residence.  Thomas McCluskey, 45,

     45 Pratt Corner Rd., was arrested on a warrant issued by the

     Orange District Court.

 

1230 Traffic Stop, Leverett Rd. - Citation issued for speeding.

 

1725 DMV, Sand Hill Rd. - Officer assisted motorist in dispatching a

     tow truck.

 

 

19 August

 

1030 Property Damage, Atkins Reservoir - Officer advised Amherst Water

     Dept. of damage to one of their access gates on Cushman Rd.

 

1110 Hazard, Pratt Corner Rd. - Resident reported debris falling from

     overloaded trash truck on to road.  Contractor notified.

 

1250 Road Hazard, Pratt Corner Rd. - Officer removed several larges

     tree limbs from roadway.

 

1945 Traffic Stop, West Pelham Rd. - Citation issued for speeding,

     defective equipment, no registration in possession.

     kayaks from a Great Pines Dr. resident

     two Sandhill residents regarding the operation of unregistered

     mini-bikes on a public way.

1000 Medical Assist, Pelham Hill Rd. - Officer assisted Shutesbury EMS

     with medical response to a Pelham Hill Rd. residence.

 

1605 Assist Other Department, Pelham - Pelham PD requested traffic

     control assistance at accident scene on Rte 202.

 

2020 Traffic Stop, Pelham Hill Rd. - Citation issued for speeding.

 

2030 Suspicious Person, Leverett Rd. - Officer observed and identified

     an individual walking westbound on Leverett Rd. during hours of

     darkness.

1705 Assist Other Dept., Leverett - Leverett officer requested

     assistance with a traffic stop in their town.

 

1740 Trespass, Atkins Reservoir - Officer observed and identified

     three individuals walking on posted section of reservoir

     property.

 

1920 Parking Complaint, Cooleyville Rd. - Officer identified the owner

     of a vehicle parked on Cooleyville Rd creating a hazard for

     through traffic; vehicle moved.

 

2025 Traffic Stop, Leverett Rd. - Citation issued for defective

     equipment.

 

2115 Traffic Stop, Wendell Rd. - Citation issued for marked lane

     violation.

 

 

27 August

 

1530 Assist Person, Wendell Rd. - Officers responded to a Wendell Rd.

     residence, at request of property owner, to remove an unwanted

     guest.  Routine check of involved parties resulted in the arrest

     of Israel Andersen, 24, 132 Amherst St. Springfield, on warrants

     issued by Springfield District Court.

1555 Traffic Stop, Leverett Rd. - Citation issued for speeding.
