1040 Assist Other Department, Buffum Rd- Assisted Pelham Police and
     Fire with rollover accident.
 
1800 MVA, Rte 202- Driver reported hitting a moose on Rte 202 near the
     Shutesbury/Pelham line.  Vehicle sustained minor damage, moose
     fled into Quabbin area.
 
1920 DMV, Rte 202- Officer assisted operator of disabled vehicle on
     Rte 202 until towing company arrived.
 

25 November
 
1735 Larceny, Leverett Rd- Fire Chief reported theft of two flags from
     the department flag pole.
 
2110 Suspicious Vehicle, Cushman Rd- Officer ran checks on vehicle
     parked at Atkins Reservoir.  Vehicle clear, no operator located.
 
2245 Traffic Stop, Leverett Rd- Operator issued citation for speeding,
     failure to notify RMV of address change.
 
2340 Alarm Activation, Elementary School- Officer responded to an
     intrusion alarm at the elementary school.  Building checked and
     found secure.  Alarm company notified of recurring problem.
 
2355 Vandalism, Leverett Rd- Speed board sign removed and found lying
     on road.  Minor damage; sign returned to station..
 

26 November
 
1045 Community Policing, West Pelham Rd- Officer checked area for
     traffic problems related to alpaca farm open house.  No issues.
 
1330 Traffic Stop, Leverett Rd- Operator issued citation for speeding.
 
1500 Suspicious Activity, Leonard Rd- Resident reported suspicious
     individuals at neighbor's house.  Officer identified individuals
     and verified with property owner that they had permission to be
     on the property.
 

27 November

0710 Traffic Stop, West Pelham Rd- Operator issued citation for
     speeding.
 
0930 Assist Citizen, P.D. - Resident requesting information and
     assistance on criminal complaint application for Orange District
     Court.
 
2015 Traffic Stop, West Pelham Rd.- Operator issued citation for
     speeding.
 

29 November

0720 Traffic Stop, Lake View Rd.- Operator issued citation for
     speeding.
 
0840 Traffic Stop, Leverett Rd.- Operator issued citation for
     speeding.
           
1630 Suspicious Activity, Leverett Rd.- Report of people jumping into
     road in front of passing traffic.  Responding officer identified
     two teenage residents and advised them to cease hazardous
     activity.
 
1715 Medical Assist, Montague Rd.- Resident walking dog was knocked
     down by an unrestrained dog in the neighborhood.  Resident
     sustained severe injuries and was transported to Baystate Medical
     Center for treatment.  Owner of unrestrained dog was contacted
     and informed of incident and Town bylaw regarding unrestrained
     dogs.
 
1825 Assist Citizen, Montague Rd.- Responding EMS personnel reported
     leaving cell phone at scene of medical call.  Officer attempted
     to locate phone without success.
 

30 November

0840 Community Policing, Elementary School- Officer monitored school
     traffic.
 
1650 MVA, Rte 202- Report of car hitting moose on Rte 202 near
     Prescott Rd.  No injuries to driver; vehicle sustained minor
     damage.  Moose euthanized and removed by Environmental Police.
